I cannot say enough wonderful things about Andra! I have had the pleasure of working with her several times over the past 15–20 years, and every single experience has been nothing short of amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth as possible. Most recently, she helped sell my daughter's home, and once again, she came through with outstanding service. It is such a comfort knowing you have someone you can trust who genuinely cares about her clients and what she does. After all these years, I wouldn't think of using anyone else. Andra has consistently proven herself to be an exceptional real estate agent, and I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is truly the best, and we are so grateful for everything she has done for our family!

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Andra. From the very beginning, she impressed us with her thoughtful, data‑backed pricing strategy. Because of her careful analysis of the market, we had multiple offers almost immediately and found the right buyer in no time. Her clear communication and confidence in the numbers made the entire experience so much less stressful. Andra also has fantastic connections in real estate and lending, which helped us get answers quickly and keep everything on track. She was truly the perfect agent for us.

Andra Aurther Simek was fantastic to work with! She’s a true go-getter—very professional, responsive, and always available to answer my questions. She consistently returned my calls and made the whole selling process feel smooth and manageable. Her team did an amazing job with the virtual tour video, which really showcased my home. When things didn’t go exactly as planned, Andra stayed flexible and quickly adapted to keep everything on track. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home! Thank you Andra!
